Good night to all agents!hope all is well!i am jus telling u to be aware of certain costomer even though the send Id phone number Address!the still wasting our time !there is this costomer who place a order sinc last week n really need the item which is over a 100k keep calling me every single day about his order n how he really need it n excited for it !like u know so convincingl up to this mrng he call me !u know when time to deliver it when driver close by !this costomer jus disappear block me only answering another number n whats not wife saying she dont have a say in this!n he keep telling me he have all the money!peoples like them making bad for others costomer!i dont know what we can do to make sure this not happened again to me or other agent's !its not easy to bring a item down from berbice to GT n this hapenn!🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️i am fed up of such costomer who make us to bad!any advise?
