To #matrixshopping ones again, I ask for a video of this item 1 week now and haven't get no respond, I'm speaking for myself don't know if any other Agent is having this issue also, My point is that customer have to wait for a respond from me after 1 week or sometime 2 weeks and in that case I lost a lot of sales because of lack of information to relate to the customer. It's not fair, atleast say something ?

Customer would like to have a video of this item if possible.
Any updates on this item please.
Customer need a respond ASAP.

Exactly up to now i cant get a reply from them concerning the sewing machine that i posted 2 weeks now and if i get another question like that from a customer here goes another lost for me ?
