Good night everyone.. Does any Agent experience the same as me, where customers not comfortable sending ID pic because they feel all of that is not necessary, even though telling them the reason for the ID they still think it's too personal?

That's where u lose customer..but some customer sends their info without a doubt ..while some is uncomfortable

Yes we all experience same thing the said ita not necessary if u have a number and Address and i dont sent true order or the costomer cancel!
